The core musical expression of faith might be a rock-influenced band playing Contemporary Christian music. With such a change to worship styles, there is a clear challenge to the growth potential of either, traditional pipe or electronic organs. Many of the world Christian religions, including the Eastern Orthodox Church, do not have a tradition of pipe-organ music. Within other Christian sects, people are searching for new expressions of faith. Communities such as Willow Creek Community Church in South Barrington, Illinois, are serving up Christianity in palatable doses offering al-a-carte social justice activities along with "Seeker" services and regular worship services on Sunday. Church administrators are mediating a brand of Christianity through the materials of pop culture - staging, big screens, sound systems, fast paced Christian rock music and laser shows. Music Trades Magazine, in their June 2005 report on the booming church market, stated that "…church has become a new musical home for the ’60s generation raised on rock music." Christian music is thinly-disguised rock music and the sky-rocketing sales of all the hardware is evidence of the shift away from tradition. Full bands and theatrical productions are a normal part of Sunday church services and big business for the music-industry suppliers.
